The renovation of the eccentric attic apartment pursues two goals: While the terrace becomes more adaptable to heat and rain thanks to the sunshade and shelter, the rooms and bathrooms are reappearing in the same aesthetic as the rest of the apartment. The sense of space is expanded through the reflections of aluminum, mirrors, and polished natural stone.
